TERMS OF SERVICE
Tour cost/ service cost: All tour cost/service cost quoted are for land cost and in US dollars per person.
Our package tour prices include:
a. Hotel accommodation, based on twin sharing.
b. Meals as specified in the itinerary. Breakfast is usually served in hotel (American breakfast/ buffet). Lunch and dinner are served in local restaurants.
c. Transportation by air-conditioned vehicles as specified in the itineraries; Train tickets; Boat cruises as specified in the itineraries.
d. Sightseeing excursions with local English speaking guides and entrance fees.
Our package tour prices exclude:
a. All personal expenses such as phone bills, laundries, etc.
b. Drinks in meals.
c. International airfare and airport tax, domestic airfare; Excess luggage charges
d. Optional tours and excursions
f. Extra costs for extension stays, e.g. hotel, airport transfer
g. Visa fees. .
h. Insurance of all kinds.
i. Gratuity for tour guides and drivers.
Tour prices are subject to change. Peace Travel reserves the right to adjust the listed price at any time for any reason. However, we will not adjust prices once the tour has been confirmed and deposit has been received. Once the tour departs, there will be no refunds.
Child Fare: Under 2 years old : FOC - No Bed, No Meal.
From 2 to 11 years: With extra Bed: 75% of adult's fare; without extra Bed: 50% of adult's fare.

Booking procedure: Booking request should be sent directly to Peace Travel Joint-Venture Co. Booking will be confirmed on receipt of advance deposit only. Peace Travel requires 25% advance deposit to hold the booking. The balance of 75% of total package tour price should reach Peace Travel not less than 30 days prior to tour departure date.
Confirmation: Confirmation will normally be made by facsimile or by e-mail.
Amendment: If you wish to amend your services booked, we will try to change it at the same value. Extra charge will be made if your arrangement or upgrade is more than what we have agreed.
If you wish to change the agreed tour date and tour itinerary within 30 days of departure, we will treat this as a cancellation and new booking, usual cancellation charges apply.
Cancellation: Cancellation must be informed in writing. Cancellation charges would be effective from the date we receive advice in writing and cancellation charges would applied per person, per arrangement as follows:
More than 45 days prior to trip departure - 10% of tour cost/ service cost
From 15 to 45 days - 20% of tour cost/ service cost
From 3 to 15 days - 50% of tour cost/ service cost
Less than 3 days or no show - no refund
Refund: After commencement of travel, it is normally no refund or exchange can be made for services included in the program, which are not utilised. If the refund is allowed then a service fee will be charged to cover our administration and third party expenses.
No refund will be made to tour participant(s) who break(s) the itinerary/journey.

Flight schedule change: Any change in itinerary, delay, or cancellation by the airlines will not be the responsibility of Peace Travel.
Our responsibility: Peace Travel shall be responsible for supplying the services and accommodations offered as they relate to the land portion of the tour.
If such services and accommodations cannot be supplied due to causes beyond its control, there shall be no responsibility or liability. In this event, Peace Travel will use its best effort to supply comparable services and accommodations.
Such changes will not be considered cause for cancellation to the tour participants and the usual penalties will not be applied.
Peace Travel do not accept liability in contract or in tort for any injury, damage, loss, delay, additional expense or inconvenience caused directly by 'force majeure' or other events which are beyond our control, or are not preventable by reasonable diligence on our part (such as war, civil disturbance, fire, flood, unusual climate conditions, acts of Gods, acts of government).
Complaint: During your tours, should any problems arise, please inform your tour guide or tour operator as soon as possible so that we can solve this for you.
We are not responsible for any complaints after 30 days from the end of the trip.
Travel insurance: We strongly recommend that all tour participants should subscribe an adequate travel insurance policy before leaving the country of origin. |
